I received an email inquiring about discipleship resources that might help provide some background on how to develop a discipleship culture.

The first resource I recommend is to study what the Bible says about disciples/discipling. You’ll get a lot out of just doing that, especially early on before your ideas are strongly influenced by Christian sub-cultures.
