The love of God is measurable – it has a length, width, height, and depth. It’s measurable because it’s real, tangible, concrete, if you will. It’s not fleeting or an emotive love. It’s a substantive, foundational love.
The love of God is immeasurable – it is unending, unfathomable, unfailing, and unknowable with the human mind. It is unconditional, unearned, undeserved, and unimaginable.
God loves us not because of who we are or what we’ve done. He loves us because He is love. He can’t help Himself.
