Our friend Kelly overheard the following delightful conversation one morning:

“Siah, I am fixing your hat for you because you broke it.”

“You’re not fixing my hat. You can’t.”

“Yes I can, look, I’ve already fixed half of it. You weren’t being very responsible with your toys were you? You need to learn to be responsible with your toys. If you can’t be responsible we’ll have to stop giving you toys, won’t we? Once I’ve fixed it it will be my hat.”

“NO! It’s my hat.”

“I know Siah, that’s why I’m fixing it; I’m fixing it for you.”
